Nature Hills Nursery Coupons & Promo Codes – October 2026: Weekly Specials, Quart Bundles and Free Shipping
October is when gardeners get greedy in a good way: the soil is still warm, the heat is gone, and every bare patch looks like an opportunity. It is also when shipping costs on a tree, three shrubs and a flat of perennials can quietly add $25 to the bill. Nature Hills Nursery doesn't publish a public coupon code, but it runs several real, stackable-feeling savings this month. Here is every one we found.

Is There a Nature Hills Nursery Promo Code?
We didn't find a public promo code or a first-order percentage on the site in October 2026, so we won't make one up. The quart bundle discount needs no code at all: the collection page says savings apply automatically at checkout. The site also mentions a Rewards points program, but the earning rates weren't listed publicly. If a real code appears, it will show on our Nature Hills Nursery deals page.
Deal 1: Weekly Specials
This rotating collection had 18 plants when we checked. Some of the clearest markdowns:
| Plant | Size | Was | Special |
|---|---|---|---|
| Autumn Blaze® Maple | No. 3, 4-5 ft | $119 | $59.50 |
| Mr. Bowling Ball® Arborvitae | No. 3 | $77.09 | $46.25 |
| Tuff Stuff Ah-Ha® Hydrangea | No. 3 | $90.58 | $58.88 |
| Pearls of Perfume™ Mock Orange | No. 3 | $77.76 | $54.43 |
| Common Purple Lilac | No. 3 | $74.59 | $52.21 |
| Chandler Blueberry Bush | No. 1 | $40.73 | $24.44 |
| Raspberry Shortcake® Bush | No. 2 | $63 | $47.25 |
Specials change weekly, so if a plant you want is on the list, it's worth ordering before the next refresh.
Deal 2: Mix-and-Match Quart Bundles
Every plant in the Quarts collection counts, and you can mix varieties freely:
- 4 quarts: 5% off
- 8 quarts: 10% off
- 12 quarts: 15% off and free shipping
With many perennials at $19.99 (catmint, coneflowers, sedum, muhly grass), 12 quarts come to about $240, the 15% takes roughly $36 off, and the bundle ships free even if the discount drops your total below $199. That's a full pollinator border in a single delivery, at about $17 a plant.
Deal 3: Free Shipping From $199
Shipping is tiered: $9.99 under $50, $14.99 up to $99.99, $16.99 up to $149.99 and $24.99 up to $198.99. Once you cross $199 it's free. If your cart sits at $170, adding a $24.44 Chandler Blueberry or a $19.99 quart perennial costs less than the shipping you'd otherwise pay.
Deal 4: Order Late, Stay Covered Longer
Every eligible plant gets free 45-day coverage: if it arrives damaged or dead, or fails to thrive because of a quality issue, you pick a free replacement, store credit that never expires, or a full refund. Plants delivered after October 15 are covered through May 1, so a fall-planted tree gets a full spring before the clock runs out. That isn't a discount, but it protects the money you spend.
